As we enter our 16th year, Sandlot Baseball continues to provide the same quality youth baseball tournaments throughout the 4 State region. Under the direction of Brad Longley and Tom Cox, Sandlot Baseball will be hosting tournaments in many outstanding facilities in 2025.

Sandlot Baseball tournaments will be one day (Saturdays only), 3 games guaranteed and played in some of the areas finest ballparks. There is never a gate fee and coolers are always welcome. We will use quality age-appropriate fields where kids from 8-14 can play baseball from April to August. The 2025 schedule includes 12 tournaments.

Thank you for the overwhelming support of coaches, players, parents and fans. Because of you, Sandlot Baseball lives on.

We hope you'll join us in 2025, and look forward to hearing those immortal words, "Play Ball!"

May 2 Tournament

The beginning of May brought beautiful weather and excellent playing conditions for the 44 teams playing at The Sandlot and Mt. Vernon's Spirit of '76 Complex.  Squads came from Arkansas, Kansas and all over Missouri.  It's fun to see the quality of play get better and better each week as the young players start to figure it out and the older ones move into mid-season form.  We continue to be impressed with the level of coaching kids are getting these days.  It's no wonder more and more players from the area are receiving accolades state-wide and moving on to the next level.

Thank you to the everyone involved in making the May 2 tournament a great day of baseball.  We appreciate your support of The Sandlot and hope to see you again soon.  

Remember, the May 9 tournament will only be played at The Sandlot.  Mt. Vernon's fields are not available as their leagues are having  their annual Opening Day.  Space is limited.
